Workplace English

What is Workplace English?
English for the workplace -- designed specifically for the needs of your business or workplace. Number of instructional hours and class schedule arranged to match your particular needs.

Workplace English is English as a second language for employees with little or no English. Through a needs assessment, we identify the specific words and phrases that employees need to understand and produce in your workplace. Participants practice understanding spoken English, speaking with clear English pronunciation, producing useful phrases. Participants learn through up-to-date methods: active hands-on participation: role-playing, pair practice, real communication. Participants may also ask questions about workplace expectations, American politeness, and other topics pertaining to their work.

Reading and writing skills may also be addressed, as agreed upon.

What are the Outcomes?
Participants are able to comprehend and produce useful language that is necessary for their interactions with English-speaking managers, colleagues and/or clients.

Your workplace experience increased job effectiveness through speedy and clear communication.

Participants feel confident in their ability to learn more English.

WE CUSTOMIZE A CURRICULUM OF THE LANGUAGE THAT IS NEEDED IN YOUR BUSINESS OR AGENCY.
